how about (substitute wife) for a title, it should have the word substitute in it or something that implies it, since thats bascially what she is in the first chapter, but you should definately continue the story, in the next chapter (turning the tables) you should rukia turn the tables on him.the He's being using her to feel closer to his wife, so let her use him to feel closer to renji, let her picture that its him that shes making love to, and not byakuya, of course he'll figure out what she's doing in end but by then it will be too late, since they'll both have reached their climaxe by then (HeeHee)but let him see how it feels to be used in that way. And then in the third finale chapter (realization)after the anger and flying accusations, have them realize how they both trully feel about each other and have them come together with both of them fully knowing and accepting who it is their making love too, thats if you want to make this a true rukia and byakuya pairing. well now, I think its time to review what you did write instead of suggesting what you should write about next lol. I liked the first chapter, would like to see more, and I'm about to go and check to see if you've written anything else, I like your style.
