I don't usually review, even though I adore those comments that people give me. I've read a lot of Bleach fanfiction (especially adult, actually mostly adult) and I'm probably too busy surfing around to find my next fix of bleach adult fanfic to review. I've read many many good stories out there, most of them are amazing. But this, I could not leave without giving a review.

Isshin and Ryuuken were originally my favourite bleach couple. There's many stories that capture the more 'humourous' side of their relationship, but I have never read anything with such a beautiful way to capturing their passion and somewhat too intense love. It made me get really teary. I have no idea how to tell you how wonderful this story is, the rape scene at the beginning was really painful emotionally, because you could understand how they felt, I've never seen Isshin in that light, but you can really imagine him being like that. It was heartbreaking. Thankyou so much!

This chapter was just as good as the first!! Bless Masaki for being so compassionate and understanding as she is! That woman is a gem. And poor Ryuken... all that stress and then so close to death if not for Uryuu... he's gone through far too much. I can't wait for Ch. 3!

My gosh! I'm beginning to like this fic! The love and the angst! Makes me wanna read it more!!

That was perfect... The typos were many and the english was often incorrect... but the story was, simply brilliant. Love dark yaoi, IsshinxRyuken, I have to say, has never really occured to me as a good pairing. But this story was so sweet and sad, I loved it. The idea with the carving of Isshin's name into his thigh was nice and for some reason I like the idea of Ryuken as a self harmer....

Poignant, enrapturing, engaging, awe-inspiring stuff.

Very beautiful addition to your Fire and Ice story! I can clearly see why the warning is necessary, but the way you have let the story end makes it beautiful somehow. It comes across that Isshin is trying to make the other hate him so that their parting won't hurt so much and they can both substitute love with hate. But you have let it end with caring and love. Great work! Thanks!

it made me hurt a little. i felt so bad for both of them but damn if it wasn't beautiful and wonderfully written and very well done. it's sad and moving and angsty and oh so beautiful. you have both outdone yourselves with this amazing story. it's so sad, and so hard to read, but it's so well done. i love the way you wrote this in present tense, it works very well, working to heighten the depths of emotion that flood this story. you have no idea how much i like this story. as dark as it is, i love it. it's realistic and beautiful and sad. it's so well written. and yes, for the first time in a long time, i shed tears because of a fanfiction.
