this is a great story!it's the first renji/orihime fanfic that i've read until now, and their interaction is awesome. and you gotta love the twist of things, with rukia being a bitch!! please continue =P

As much as I enjoy seeing the Gotei 13 bureaucracy in action, I must say that an extremely OOC "I hate Rukia" fic doesn't necessarily mean that more people will grow to love Orihime. Sadly, after taking several psych courses, I can easily see Orihime as a potential candidate for suicide, and while going through the motions of how Soul Society would deal with the suicide of an otherwise good person is very interesting (and you are writing the politics well, btw), you're more likely to turn people off your story with such overt Rukia-bashing.

An unusual take on Rukia. I don't think I've ever seen her portrayed as a nasty, conniving, totally self absorbed person before. I'm guessing it's Uryu who is prepared to die, to be with her, but it could be anyone.
