I always wanted a preggo Renji fic also. I'm more of a Byakuya x Renji fan first and foremost but I also ship Ren x Ichi. Renji preggo even if some OOC it's cute. The main highlight for me in this story is of the interaction with Byakuya and Renji oh man that part was awesome. Seeing an agressive Byakuya over Renji is so hot. I also like when Urahara is trying to get with Renji and then Ichigo shows up and gets mad at him it's cute and funny. Great story can't wait for more.
