You shouldn't worry about Tessai to much though.
Hes not really in the animes so you can get away with a tidbit of OOC xD!

It's almost like you're creating a love interest for Tessai and that would be intruiging. I've always liked that character, especially how he seems removed from understanding of normal human interactions, at least on some occassions.
