I liked the idea of Shuuhei having that internal fight with himself about how he acts because of Tousen and him trying to do what just comes naturally to him. Loved the description of the eleventh division seems like a very interesting place, really great chapter I look forward to more! :)

Of course the bloodthirstiest captain would be the most astute. You have to be perceptive so you can watch your back when you like to fight that much. =3

Um...is the whole chapter supposed to be in bold? Just wondering...

Yay! I'm glad you updated the story. This chapter was really good. ^_^ It'll be interesting to see what happens between Shuuhei and Ken-chan in the next chapter...keep up the good work with this piece. ^__^

Oh yes I am interested! Please keep going!!! I like Shuuhei AND Zaraki And I think it was in the back of my mind, but I haven't really come to understand the amount of pain the Fuuken taichos must be going through... I mean I think Hinamori's was obvious but those like Kira and Shuuhei who hadn't shown it as much as Hinamori... I'd never thought of their pain as being the greatest.... SO i really liked this view, listening to the way Shuuhei thought of the betrayal, and how he acted differently from the other two... So i did indeed enjoy this, thank you!

I must say the pairing definitely gave me pause but I really liked your take on Zaraki, it would be just like him to not say anything because he figures he'd be brushed off. I could almost see him being satisfied when everything finally goes wrong simply because he would know that he was one of the only ones to see it coming. I'm looking forward to seeing where you go with the rest of this :)

I think I remember reading the first part of this on your homesite... I'm pretty sure I did, but I don't remember it being Zaraki/Hisagi.

I still want to see the whole thing here on AFF, though. =3

Please keep this one going! I love stories with Shuuhei in them. xD Maybe it's just because I'm a Shuuhei fangirl but I think this story has potential. The first chapter was very good. I'd like to see more.
