I think it's a good idea not to have Ichigo and Byakuya have sex. It would cheapen the story. It would be oddly placed, especially since no one else has had sex in the story. If they were to lay in bed again and lovingly hold each other, then that would make sense. Just do you. And on with the happiness, eh? I'm tired of you fucking with my emotions. :)

I have to say that I agree with not including a lemon. It would not fit with the story, and I love the story. Every time I read something sad there are tears in my eyes and every time I read something happy, I can't help but smile. I'm so anxious to see how everyone gets through this tough time and how things develop between Ichigo and his children and Byakuya.

That's understandable about the lack of lemon. Actually, I was thinking that a lemon wouldn't be appropriate either. I mean, Rukia just died and then Ichigo decides to hop into bed with Byakuya? Not a smart move... unless it's like... forever into the future >_> Anyway, what a good chapter! It hurts me that Kaien blames Jyuushiro for Rukia's death, which is understandable.. but still. I hope they make up in the next chapter!

So depressing. Every time I read this story now, it seems like I grow my own little rain cloud overhead. I'm weathering this story though; I've got my umbrella and I'm hoping for some sunshine soon. Okay, all silliness aside, this was a very good chapter - they all are, but I really liked this one. It could have been that Yumichika embarrassed the hell out of Byakuya (always something I get a good kick out of), or it might have been the cleaning out of Rukia's apartment. I'm not really sure how, but there was something really significant about that to me. Together they cleaned out the little bits and pieces of Rukia and collected them in boxes. I can't really explain how much it affected me, on a personal level. And as much as it saddens me to know that neither will ever really give up those pieces of Rukia, it helps to know that there's another presence in Ichigo's heart to keep them contained.

Ahh! I'm so in love with this story. I swear I check almost obsessively for updates. That said - I’m anxious for December!

Another rather sad chapter, beautifully written and laced through with meloncoly.

I loved the interaction between Yumichika and the two captains, it was nice to have a funny moment mixed in and it was perfectly placed in the story.

I love Kenpachi and Ichigo fighting, but Ichi really wasn't in it. It's more fun when he's in the right frame of mind.

Love the chapter and waiting patiently (mostly) for the next one XD
