I usually listen to music while I read stories, and I started listening to Kanye West's 'Love Lockdown' and it really sort of describes Ichigo and Byakuya's situation. Still a great story, still wanting to poke Rukia in the eye.

Good chapter but I can't stand Renji/Hime. I've said this before so I'll go ahead and let it go but I just had to say it one more time. I WANNA BE THE ONE HAVING RENJI'S BABY! -Looks at that sentence- O_O O..k.. anyway, I will say that Orihime and Renji were both well done on my opinion. They were both in character very well. Poor Ichigo...-hugs him tightly- He needs a hug. Please update soon, I love your stories.

Poor Ichigo! He goes from the happy occasion of birth to the crushing worry of his little girl being in the hospital, or the Seireitei equivalent. But as long as she's okay, I'm okay with this little twist. But those divorce papers, though... How long are they going to be buried? I guess I'll just have to wait and see. X3

lol Renji almost got himself sedated. X3

You had me worried there for a sec, what with the warning about tissues and all I thought he was gonna lose her. I kept having to make myself slow down to read, I just needed to know. Why do I have a horrible feeling that it's only going to get worse?? That something really bad is coming??
On a lighter note, I loved your depiction of Renji, the ever manic expectant father. That made me laugh, I could just see the hole almost forming beneath his socked feet as he paced back and forth XD
I can't wait for the next chapter, I just know it's gonna be a tear jerker but that's ok.

I jumped straight to the conclusion that she wound up with TB.
I really hope that's not the case. Jyuu would be so distraught (obviously).

I totally can picture the nervous wreck Renji is. My husband is quiet and reserved, and he about lost it with our first kid.

I feel so badly for the kids. I can understand holding everything in to keep your parent from feeling more pain.
I went through it as a teenager. I can't imagine what it would be like on a younger kid, one who is old enough to understand, but not old enough to really deal with it. As hard as it is, you write it so well.

Wow, kisses! After reading so much fanfic, it actually was quite abrupt and shocking. I might not have looked for it had you not hinted it would be there in this chapter. Thanks for another good chapter.

Aha, the moment arrives! I read this before work, so I was unable to review immediately. It did give me a lovely image to think about during the day. May I just mention that having Ichigo and Byakuya kissing in your head during work is a blessing and a curse??

I love the way you set up the encounter. It was anticipated, as the story was obviously going that way, but the circumstances seemed so innocent. The little details, like morning breath and awkward positions, just made it more innocent and brought about a feeling of spontaneity, even though we knew it was coming.

The talk between Ichigo and Jyuushiro was great. I like the paternal character you've developed in both men. I do feel bad for Rukia, though, since Ichigo seems to have quite a few people to support him and she seems very alone. I do wonder about these strange hollows and what you have planned for them.

I was thinking about the inner conflicts you describe in Byakuya. Based on his actions with Hisana and Rukia, I think he is man of hidden passion, and I think you're capturing that well, along with a good dose of denial. To think of the unflappable Kuchiki-sama with butterflies in his stomach is just... endearing.

I'm looking forward to the next chapter very much.
