two things i did notice that could use some revision: one sentence, you said, "Kenpachi fought down the urge to bask as Ichigo went on about how fucking awesome that it." I think you got a little distracted there, and towards the end you typed 'sense' instead of 'since.'
but, good little ficlet so far ^_^ I'm interested in seeing what else you come up with.

Yay a new update! Ah the universe is conspiring against Ken-chan. I think it'd be funny for Ken-chan to go through all the work trying to confess to Ichi, and Ichi just ends up confessing to him first.

I like the little bit of sweet thrown in the middle of the violence. After all, Kenny can't be all violence, he does keep Yachiru around.
