Wow this story gets me every time! 

Since you probably don't plan to continue this, would it be ok if I wrote a follow-up with Renji trying to fix his mistake? This breaks my heart and I'd be forever grateful if I could try to make it all better. Of course I'd credit you as the writer of the inspiring piece.

OMG!! Poor Byakuya! This did make me cry a bit, because if Renji had just used his eyes and head, instead of his anger, he would not have made this mistake. And omg Byakuya knew what was going to happen, and drank the tea anyways. When I read that part, (the look of understanding and acceptance) I think I might have gasped. I know this is supposed to be a one shot, but omg I don't think I have ever wanted a fic to continue so much! Now that Renji realizes what a mistake he made, it makes room for him to try to fix this. I love Renji, but after this, if you continue the story, that foolish redhead better be doing every-damn-thing in his power to rectify what he's done. PLEASE, PLEASE consider writing a follow-up, don't leave Byakuya like that. btw even for something as dark as this, your writing skills are outstanding. omg who can write a noncon so beautifully?

This story was sad. I feel for Byakuya, yet I also see this as a good start to a great story. I wish there were more.

This is so powerful. I adore how you repeated the section on what Renji was... but oh lord, poor Byakuya! It twists my stomach so very badly! Which is a good thing because I keep coming back to read... I would still love to see something continuing, the brutal aftermath, simply because I hate seeing the devistation for either one of them. Very beautifully written piece!

Shatter is a disturbing, heart wrenching story and I loved it. You did such a fantastic job of the characters. They are so in character and you've twisted their relationship believably and made it all so real. While this story brought me to tears, it did so because of the realism of the characters and story line. Beautifully done! Thank you so much for writing.

This story is written amazingly. I loved the style of it. In addition, the story shook me. The strong hatred that Renji feels is overpowering, and Byakuya laying on the table sobbing and bleeding is shocking. I'm stunned. Maybe the word seems a little bit improper - we are talking about a rape- but I would say this story is beautifully written. Keep writing.

Wow. O_O I've never been able to see Byakuya as uke. Even though this was, I guess technically rape, even though he was sort of forced into that role, it worked. It made me really sad! D: But that was totally the point so, great job! I really liked this, I liked the twist at the end, you fit it in so perfectly, and I'd say that with that twist, you fit Renji's character in too. With the way you were going, I was afraid that you were giving him too much credit (not that I think little of Renji) like you would break from his character, but with that twist, you made it perfect. And on that note, you made Byakuya's character work in this situation too. Very well done! Owo

Oh my. I really liked this, but I feel so bad for Byakuya! Renji is so brash and he jumped the gun, not really thinking. Oh, it was sexy, but sad.
