Thanks for the quick update!
Love the banter between Rangiku, Toshiro and Grimmjow. Love Toshiro's response about his eye twitching- “I don’t like it that’s why my eye keeps twitching!” For some reason I can see a scene like that happening in the manga.
I also love how whatever plans Ren's group of Shinigami come up with, the plans always end with Grimmjow on top. But it does seem that Ren knows something happened between Grimm and Bikou, the way his gaze lingered on her after she gave her report.
Kataki's plan seems to be the one that is going to work. Since he is in the sixth division and knows how his captain is, he knows what Byakuya will do if he finds out Grimjow ignored his warning and went to go visit his sister.
I think Grimmjow is the only one in Soul Society who does not fear Mayuri, willing to go along and be a subject for Mayuri's experiments.
Kataki didn't expect Grimmjow to ask him to him. I bet Kagai is going to be quite pissed that Kataki was able to hit Grimmjow without repercussions.
I'm so excited about the next chapter . Yay!!! Grimmjow and Rukia finally face to face. Can't wait!! Thanks for a great chapter.

Wow, you update quite fast, something I very much appreciate since I am a huge fan of this story. Such a huge fan that I decided to register on this site. I'm the formerly anonymous reviewer known as Megan.
Quite an interesting chapter, since we the readers, get to see two more players who are plotting against Grimmjow. I'm a bit on the fence about this chapter (in a good way, not a bad way). I'm not a fan of OC's, and I guess maybe that's why Bikou and Ishi rubbed me the wrong way, (though I'm pretty sure thats why you wrote them that way, they are characters that can be beaten, abused/killed off and the readers won't care). Also I think another reason I don't like Bikou, is because she gets Grimmjow's "attention". I was hoping Rangiku would wake up and beat her to a pulp.
This was quite a hot chapter (though I do wish he had been with Rukia instead of Bikou, but it is your story, and you know how the plot is going to unfold). I love the way you write Grimmjow and I love to see that he is still sadistic and animalistic at heart. I'm glad Grimm was able to "turn the tables" on Bikou and Ishi, and that they weren't able to get any info from him and Ran.
Interesting chapter, and I'm quite happy that you haven't forgotten about Rukia and plan on explaining what has happened to her while she has been away from Grimmjow. I can't wait for her to reappear, and I'll do my best to be patient.
Also about your offer to reviewers, can you perhaps write a sidestory/oneshot/companion piece to this fic, about another encounter/lemon in Hueco Mundo between Grimm and Rukia.

Thank you for updating!!! It really means alot. This is my favorite fanfic on this site, and pretty much the only reason I keep checking on aff to see if it has been updated.
This chapter was very interesting. I knew many shinigami in Soul Society would not be very welcoming of the Arrancar who know lives in SS, and I'm glad that some of the players who will be taking on Grimmjow have made themselves known. I really wished Ran would have allowed Grimm to beat Ren, but I know she was looking out for him. Glad to see she is keeping her promise to Rukia of looking out for him.
Really liked how Toshiro and Grimmjow are getting along, they remind me of brothers who love to bug and annoy each other.
Though I'm happy that things are going well with Rangiku and Grimmjow, and that Ran has been able to watch and care for Grimmjow during his imprisonment, I can't help but feel that Rukia has gotten the short end of the stick when it comes to Grimmjow. She has had to deal with the different sides of Grimmjow when she was held captive, something that was not easy for her. Though he may not love her, I'm thinking that the reason that Grimmjow changed sides has a little to do with her. I know she is not the reason he decided to defy Aizen, because even in the manga, Grimmjow doesn't really like Aizen, but I do think her kindness to him when she was cleaning his wounds after his fight with Nnoitra, let him see that not all Shinigami hate hollows, and that Shinigami don't have to be his enemy. If he had never raped her and took her back to Hueco Mundo as his "toy", I doubt he would be in SS. Plus Rukia has to deal with the stigma of being raped by an Arrancar, branded by said Arrancar and carrying a voluntary sexual relationship with her rapist, something I think the Kuchiki clan and the rest of the nobles would not stand for. I think if it wasn't for Byakuya looking out for his sister, the Kuchiki clan would have kicked her out of the clan. I'm sure Byakuya was quite angry when he heard Rukia's testimony saying that Grimmjow had only raped her one time, and the rest of the times, she was willing to be used by Grimmjow, and I think that may be one of the reasons he won't let her leave the Kuchiki grounds. It makes me think that though he is making sure Rukia does not have contact with Grimmjow, he is also in a way protecting her from any harsh punishments from the clan.
When I was reading about Ren and his associates talking about how to best get rid of Grimmjow, I began thinking that maybe the Kuchiki clan may be behind it. The Kuchiki clan would not be happy that someone with their name had been raped by an arrancar, and in turned tarnished the Kuchiki name and maybe even hired Ren and his associates to get rid of Grimmjow, because as long as Grimmjow is around, the citizens of Soul Society would remember that Kuchiki Rukia was raped by Grimm. It just a theory I have, I'm probably wrong.
I was glad to see in your author's note at the bottom of the chapter, that Rukia is not out of the picture and in fact has a major part to play. I'm also quite happy to see that Rukia is still someone who Grimmjow holds close to his heart.
Again, this was a really great chapter. You really made my day. Thank You for the update.

Chapter 14 review
Another great chapter.
I find it funny how easily the Sixth espada is kidnapped by Rangiku. Grimmjow does seem like the type to get bored easily, especially living in Soul Society which is boring when one compares it to the anarchy of Hueco Mundo. I love the line "Of course…peace had never really been much of a goal for the Espada, he was of course the embodiment of destruction and such a calm lifestyle was boring.", it fits him perfectly.
I also love the nickname Yachiru gives him "Holey"; he should be happy she hasn't seen him in his Resurrection form or she would be calling him kitten or kitty. I love how hard he laughs when he hears Yachiru's name for Rangiku, its good he has had a chance to come into contact with someone other than Toshiro and Ran.
Also glad to see him meet Kenpachi, the two would make good sparring buddies. Also, I bet Grimm is happy to meet the man who killed Nnoitra. I very much loathe Nnoitra for what he did to Rukia in earlier chapters of this fic. I was so happy when Grimm came and was able to stop Nnoitra's assault on Rukia.
It is a bit funny/weird to read how different Grimmjow is with Rangiku when he has sex with her, in comparison to the times he has had sex with Rukia. With Rukia, he was dominant, he let her know that he was her master and she was his toy/sex slave, while with Rangiku he seems to be making love with her, something I had never thought Grimmjow would do with someone. "Their motions remained steady and constant for the majority of their lovemaking, only slightly increasing near the climax, which was a thing of excessive pleasure. They sat for some time afterward, the Arrancars arms around the Shinigami in a loving embrace if one was ever seen." The sentences I quoted kind of shocked me when I read them, because he was always so rough with Rukia, though he is more gentle with Rangiku. It is like he is a completely different individual from the individual the readers came across in the first few chapters, which is in a way understandable since many, many years have passed, and Grimmjow has changed over the years. Though I do like the change in Grimmjow, I loved it when he was rough and dominant with Rukia.
I really loved the scene when Grimm was fighting the man from the 11th division, though Grimmjow has changed somewhat, he still has his temper when it comes to fighting, as well as his wit. I loved his response to the man he was fighting “That’s what they were meant as idiot.”, when the man told him his words were fighting words.
Though Rukia hadn't been mentioned in Grimm's pov for a while, I was happy to see when Grimm got angry when the man he was fighting stated “I’m sure that bitch from tenth division will mourn you, hell maybe that slut you raped will too.” I knew Grimm would be protective of Ran being called a bitch, but i was surprised to see him get mad at Rukia being referred to as a slut. The 11th man's words did confirm to me that many in Soul Society might see Rukia as a slut. I really enjoyed the fight between Grimmjow and the man, and I'm glad to see Grimmjow was able to deal him some serious blows before Ran came to break it up.
I do believe this is the first time, Ran has seen firsthand just how powerful and destructive Grimmjow is when facing any opponent that comes against him. Though I understand Toshiro's and Rangiku's concern, I really wish they would see things from his perspective and realize he was just defending himself. Had he not defendend himself, the man from the 11th would have probably killed him. Glad to see that Kenpachi was there to smoothen things out.
I'm glad Ran was able to tell Grimm that there were people in Soul Society who would miss him if he were to die. I'm glad she mentioned Rukia, and let him know Rukia would indeed miss him if he were to die. And I'm also glad to see that Grimmjow thinks of her quite often. "It wasn’t that he didn’t wonder…he thought about her quite often actually, but she was out of his reach. Besides, she wasn’t some toddler with no strength of her own, she could have slipped out and seen him whenever she wanted." I always hoped Rukia would go looking for Grimmjow, just to see how he was doing or just to see him, but I think she has stayed away from him so that Byakuya doesn't carry out his threat and harm Grimmjow. He states that "she was out of his reach" making it seem as though he still wants to see her, after I read that I began to wonder what would have developed between the two had Byakuya allowed them to come into contact with one another. I do think Rukia did indeed want to see him, but couldn't for Grimm's safety. Byakuya probably has guards watching her 24/7 when he can't watch over her.
I really do hope Rukia makes an appearance soon. It makes me wonder what the two would say to each other if they ever came face to face again. I also would like to know what has been going with her and whether or not she has kindled a relationship with someone or if whether the Kuchiki clan forced her into a loveless marriage. I wonder if Grimmjow would still think of her as his dorei, since he did not like Nnoitra touching what he considered his.
I liked this chapter and I'm glad you updated. I look forward to the next chapter. Thanks again for such a good chapter.

Please, please please update!!!! I read the entire 12 chapters in one sitting, and I just can't get enough. Please add more grimm/rukia. The fact that Grimmjow defended Rukai from Nnoitra made my heart so happy. Also Rukia trying to tend to Grimmjow's injuries after the fight between him and Nnoitra was really sweet. Also her cleaning his cheek despite the hostility in his eyes, i dont know why but I liked that part. And he always seems to show Rukia his a little bit of his gentle side, even though his gentle actions are usually small in comparison to his dominant actions, such as in chapter 4-"Grimmjows hands wrapped around her fists, and embraced them softly", or when he massaged her neck gently after he marked her. I know you said he is not in love with her, but she did convince him to go to the human world and then to soul society, after he helped them escape. And Rukia seems to understand him a bit better than the others. For example in ch. 7- "Rukia smirked, for a raving psychopath near death in the middle of betraying his own creator…he was pretty funny when you got to know him". In the manga, I always felt that though Grimmjow was psychotic/sadistic( he stabbed Rukia through the stomach because he wanted to fight someone strong), he was not evil in the way Aizen was evil. He had Inoue heal Ichigo and saved Inoue from those other jealous girls. And I think you showed a side of that Grimmjow when he helped Rukia and Inoue escape. Sure he is still psychotic but he does do good sometimes.
Then him asking Rukia if she had gotten fat and stating he didn't remember her being so heavy, had me laughing quite a bit. For some reason what he said reminded me of ichigo.
Despite what Grimmjow had done to Rukia she does have feeling for him, in chap 7 after Ichigo stabbed Grimmjow, she stated that"she couldn’t hide her feelings toward Grimmjow." And her testimony did help him not get executed. In ch. 9 he stated "he really did enjoy Rukia as person and new his stay here would be a little darker without her."
I don't know why but I prefer Rukia/Grimm rather than Ran/Grimm. I think it may be because Rukia saw both the good and bad sides to Grimmjow while Rangiku only saw the side of him after he betrayed Aizen and started helping Soul Society by giving them information. He would have been put to death if Rukia hadn't provided her testimony, and say that she had been only raped once. Also if she hadn't convinced him to help carry Inoue he probably would have died in Huerco Mundo.
Sorry for the long review but I had to get 12 chapters worth of reviews in one review. I really like the story. I found it well written. This has got to be one of my fav. stories on here. So please update!!! I would be eternally grateful.

I really like your story! But I have to say I'm not so keen on the Rangiku/Grimmjow addition. Sorry, I liked the chapter but it was so random after spending all that time on the Rukia/Grimmjow relationship. I know you said that thy weren't in love, and I can dig that, but it's like they have both just forgotten each other. I was thinking you could have Byakuya, (obliviously) keeping Rukia away from Grimmjow and then her sneak out to see him; but if you did that it would bring their pairing back into focus, which is obviously not what you're looking to do. I don't know... I'm not against Rangiku/Grimmjow pairings but I don't know... I guess I was hoping for more Rukia/Grimmy angst...
Still a great story though :D
