This is an awesome fic. I really like how you portray Renji. He's in character, but you make it so much more in depth. You can really understand the turmoil he's going through, just pining for her affection and the hopelessness he feels. I am a huge Renji/Rukia fan and it's so hard to find good fics these days it seems, but you have definitely made it into my top faves list with this one. Keep it up! I'll just keep coming back for more!

Wow chapter 11 was sweet and sexy at the same time, I really like Rukia, she and Renji just seem made for each other. Very glad you got your internet back, I know how much it sucks to lose it.

I really liked chapter 10! this fic is such a treat, I'd been busy for awhile (pardon my absence) then I remembered "Omg there's that awesome Renji/Rukia fic!" so really your writing is a huge treat. I feel like I've hit a block with my own writing though, I don't know where to go! which is why I haven't been able to update yet, darn it =(

I like what you did with the classes and such! It fits perfectly with what you're doing. This is so wonderful so far. One can't help but feel the hurt Renji is feeling by being torn from Rukia. So very well done!!

I really love your take on Renji and Rukia's back history so far and am looking forward to more chapters soon! I am also so pleased to finally be able to find a RenRuki fic that is so well written as well as being decently long! (I sometimes feel like multi-chaptered epic fics are becoming a dying breed.) You convey Renji's emotions so beautifully well that it's really easy to empathize with him. During his separation from Rukia, I could also feel the yearning to see her again and when a scene came that she would make a reappearance in, I could feel the same elation Renji must have had as well. I hope that more of Rukia's true feelings start to surface in the future, as her constantly seeking Renji out just to dash off again after giving him some kind of hope is making me so frustrated! However, "The course of true love never did run smooth."

Will you be adding in any more of the other Bleach cast? I kinda would like to see Renji be able to discuss his predicament with Kira, Ikkaku, and/or Shuuhei. (Bromance camaraderie makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!) Will Renji address Rukia's tie with Ichigo at all either? On a side note, I loved seeing the almost "human" side of Byakuya as he gave his condolences to Renji for being spurned by Rukia. It was very cute, or as cute as uptight, prissy, overly-formal Byakuya can be!

Please keep updating more chapters to this story! I'll be looking forward to them!

Chapter 8, another wonderful chapter. Absolutely love the fight-to-fuck thing here, it was so fitting, so perfect. Goodness, I'll join you in a cigarette after reading this too. Woo~!

Really I'm still the only one to review this masterpiece? it's so well written! it's a complete and total delight to read, you really write Renji and Rukia so well.

That line right there made me cry and laugh at the same time, but goodness keep up the marvelous work.

I really admire the way you use words to paint a picture. You really give us amazing insight into what makes Renji and Rukia who they are in a believable way.

I think my favorite part was how Renji held off taking her virginity in chapter six. It showed a huge amount of self restraint. As well as a huge amount of respect for her and her way of life as it is now as a noble. I look forward to the next chapter.
