Omg it's all clear to me now! My friend and I had actually discussed the reason for the orange neck-guard too, cuz she was like, "if Yumichika is all about being beautiful and sexy or whatever, why doesn't dress to show a little more skin?" so then we started joking that it was to cover up any hickies he had from Ikakku XP
