Oh my goodness.... This is honestly, the most amazing story in the Bleach fandom that I have EVER read. The characterisations are perfect, the situations are brutal but honest. I've been reading this for three days (a welcome relief from study) and wow. My heart cries for Byakuya and I am sincerely looking forward to Yammy's downfall. You are a master of the pen (or keyboard as the case may be). I love the emotions that I feel when I'm reading it, and though it's a long story (my favourite type) it honestly doesn't seem all that long. It's a surprisingly easy read - in spite of the darkness of several chapters, but darkness is good: the darker those chapters, but better the resolution is going to seem.

I love the idea of Claiming, it really is ingenious. Another concept that I really admired was the fact that you stressed that the Arrancar's treatment of this pets was no different to what many people endure every day.

I am greatly looking forward to the next chapter - hope your pregnancy goes well (and quickly by the sounds of it!). I honestly love the way you wrote everyone and the entire situation. My heart bleeds for Gin, but I look forward to him getting a happy ending(?).

poor juushiro! aizen is so sadistic he can't even behave in his own best interest, preferring to shoot himself in the foot to satisfy his own disgusting bloodlust & ego. on the plus side, its another event that is gonna get the 'good' espada to eventually turn on aizen (we hope). also wondered when reading, given karin's wounds, why not have orihime reverse them instead of going to 4th, where treatment is gonna be to just patch her up. won't she be debilitated significantly for possibly weeks w/her arms & torso shredded? how is she gonna fulfill her work duties, fight if there's another bug attack, or just do the regular mom & home things, like the cooking & laundry & now also helping take care of blind juushiro? since i'm not reading current arc, not sure what you were referencing with nel (but yes, baby talk is hard to follow for long). happy & healthy continued gestation!

I had to come out of lurking to tell you that I love this story.

In all honesty I had given up on Bleach for a few years and while reading your story I had to constantly research who was who, haha, but it was well worth it and you even had me caught up in it enough that I went back and even re-read and caught myself up with the whole Bleach manga story line. I'm glad I had come to the Bleach fanfiction section on a whim, haha.

I look forward to reading future chapters and all your other stories and I will definitely be making time to make some fanart <3

Family is cute. Poor Gin, glad Orahime could help somewhat. Well, now Aisen at least has an answer to one of his frustrations ... now what will he try to fix it? (please let him forget the riatsu 'sampling' device Szayel has in his examination room ... the device that caused Karin to go postal on him in one of the early chapters. I wonder if the device could be programmed to only drain his riatsu and not Unohanna's ... lol could so see Szayel 'accidentally' calibrating it wrong so that it drew off too little the first time then way too much the second time ... as he 'tries to fine tune the settings'. I'm sure Retsu wouldn't mind if he was weak as a kitten for a bit.

Hmm ... Not Gin or Szayel ... Can we hope for it to be Yammy and/or Barrigan? Hope he doesn't catch Ajuga sneaking about and punish her or her parents. Or try to take Diamus, that might turn Ulquiorra against him.

Still hoping for a Rangeku-Nnoitra baby. Also hoping Renji's Zanpakto starts to reform. And kinda hoping that just sitting on the throne would be enough for Ajuga to dispel any chance of Aisen ascending any further ... she could sit there while visiting Gin while Aisen is away elsewhere (and Aisen would be clueless to his loss ... but Karin might notice the change since she'd probably also get a riatsu upgrade herself).

Unfortunately the exhaustion is pretty normal since it takes energy to make anything. And yes, in this regard, men are the root of all evil and deserve what they get (and exponential return on any pain inflicted ... including labor pains).

Damn Aizen *continued muttering and weird speak about "karmic justice"* Please o' Please dear author, before the last page in this tale, wreak author sadism down on his head. And while I am already pushing my luck, please make Gin and Jushiro either find a woman for them or have a kind ending. Now back to reviewing. Excellent view of how unstable Aizen is, along with Gin cracking jokes despite undergoing torture that would leave most people gibbering madly in pain. Love the cuteness! So...much....... Believable family cuteness! Sob. My only complaint is that the reading of the chapter leaves one wanting more, as all good stories must. It is a good thing. Gift of the bard, check.

can't wait till aizen gets his! really hope gin gets to be the one that makes him suffer. too bad ori can't draw ulqui's reiatsu like karin can from grimmy. the family scenes were awesome. baby is already too cool for school. guess he won't need to be burped every time either if he's gonna be chowing down when she's not awake.

Hi there I was just wondering what happened to Rangiku in all this. I didn't come across her. Sad how her and Gin aren't together despite both being alive.

awesoem story, my peev is when the format is horrible, no puncuation(or at least trying) mispelled canon characters names, and sudden OOC like they are great them boom, mating/claiming/etc happens then sudden 360 on their personality it sucks.
well i wish you luck with your baby and i hope it dosent take as long with you, as it did Inoue.

This fanfiction has pleasantly surprised me, well maybe that's a tad bit of an understatement. Massive length, regular updating, plot, good spelling, believable dialogue, and engaging characters dfsr. Sorry fingers started trembling in excitement. Before I make this review any more awkward let me compliment you for writing a superb fanfiction that manages to start to supplant the source material in my mind. This is truly something I wouldn't mind buying at the bookstore. Well till next chapter or the next urge to rave about the concentrated just..... Wait I don't have a term to describe it. Let me work on that and get a good one. Till then.

ulqui can't seem to stop himself from putting grimmy down whenever he can--seems 2nd nature. would love to see image of that final scene of cuddly ulqui & sneaky ori taking pics for future blackmail. did get sad for ori's fears over aizen & realistically, ulqui's promise is the best he can do since he can't defeat him even if he tried to prevent baby's removal. aizen is stronger than each of them so saying no makes no difference in his ultimate behavior. thx for giving us some ulquihime/bat baby (vampire baby!) page time. now wondering when post-baby sex will be ok, & if there will be some sibs for diaemus & ajuga.
