Happy holidays ... can't wait for the next chapter. Hope the pregnancy is going well.

I’m having a debate right now. Who is supposed to die first: Aizen or Yammy?
I understand why Karin felt threatened by Yammy. I mean he practically asked her if she wanted to be raped along with Byakuya. Who asks that?

In the last 5 chapters I switched my hate from Yammy to Aizen and back again.
Can I tell you how badass is Karin. Amazing! When she stood her ground with the Elders and let’s not forget with Aizen.
Btw the part where Karin witnessed Byakuya’s rape was beautifully written. I … absolutely amazing.

PS: Please kill Yammy … as a New Year gift 4 your readers *puppy dog eyes*
PS2: I really cannot understand Yammy or Barragan (sp?) They both like men, yet they do have this acute need of breeding, while the others like Tesra, Grimmjow, Ulqui do not have, or at least not so pronounced. I mean … if you want an heir take a woman for god’s sake. Don’t throw yourself at another’s woman/daughter.

Being absorbed into a family is a good thing in Ukitake's case ... and I think the grandpa/uncle viewpoint is returned in reverse by those involved.

Kind of nervous about what Aisen is thinking in regard to the backlash ... Doesn't sound good for Grimmjow.

Glad Aisen saw reason about the second division.

Those elders didn't get half the telling off they deserved and Yammy only got a taste of what he deserved too ~ though I have a feeling he may steer clear of pissing off Karin for a while. I'm thinking Byakuya is a bit on the confused and dumbfounded side at the moment. My guess is that Karin did most of the damage at the garden.

bravo bravo iam so happy about this chapter too bad u didnt let her kill off yammy is would have been too awesome then byakua would have been freed and he could get his voice back too.. i sad to hear that their will be no updates to after holidays.. but hopefully it will be a exciting and loooonnng chapter too.. great work

the hosp scene w/uki was super sweet. love 'created' families.

love how bold you continue to write adult Karin. bold but smart & controlled under most circumstances. Assume she was able to get in good hits on Yammy because of his being taken by surprise, since as 0 Espada, his strength is beyond even Starkk's, so even on borrowed reiatsu from Grimm, she'd have no real shot at beating him. Also presume he didn't just blast her & Grimm b/c of rules Aizen has about attacking another espada's mate or infighting amongst espada or b/c they have only successful crossbreeding to date (since ori's not delivered yet). still, it is certainly satisfying to have yammy get some pain. after aizen, he's the character most desired for a slow & agonizing death.

2nd effort at review--dumb site crashed my 1st one.

found it very sweet/tender for him to wake up to all the kids watching over him. also liked how its real-world medicine that is superior in this instance.

another highlight was hearing that byakuya was getting to work at division regardless of what yammy wants. can imagine karin knowing how to phrase it/sell it so it seems obscene to waste such a valuable resource when conditions w/swarm are so dire--every possible hand w/skill or even any skill available should be put to use if aizen wants to have a world to lord over. appealing to his practical side would work, since if he didn't have a grasp of that in this au, at least to some extent, he'd have eliminated szayzel a long time ago as a potential threat. as much as he likes to torture him, he gets kicks a-plenty for his sadism quota thru gin.

So glad Ukitake made it through ok and is finally getting some treatment that might help. It is good to see the kids making him happy and also that Lillinette and Starrk also seem to care even if they don't say it verbally (though I'd love to see one of them slip and mention it).

It's nice to know Byakuya is getting a reprieve from his torture by Yammy for the moment.

Hmmm ... A 'happy' Aisen usually bodes very poorly for someone in the end. Hmmm ... It was after his chat with Karin. Hmmm ... Wonder if he dislikes having someone who insists he is a 'king' as a subject in his own realm ... and because of the threat made toward Ajuga (who is hands off per Aizen) it could be construed a punishable offence with dire consequences for Barragan (add the fact that Barragan made an outright threat in regard to Aizen's favorite, Ulquiorra) ... Wonder if that would be a possible reason for that 'happiness'?

I mean I know that I have the habit of rambling (with a limited amount of vocabulary), but I love when my reviewers ramble, because that means they love my story enough to take a part of their time and “waste” it on my story.

Karin seems to be very calm when being put in a tough situation: first it was Szayel, then it was Szayel again and now Ukitake. She should become a doctor since she clearly has the stomach for it.

You know ... Hana is the perfect combination of Nanao and Shuunsui (hope I spelled his name right) When she was little you didn’t emphasize the Nanao part in her, but now that she’s older and well-educated she has that little spark of smugness Nanao presented in front of Shuunsui. God how much I miss him T_T

I wonder what Karin said to Aizen that made him “happy”

HA! Finally caught up from just beginning this story! Still brilliant. I love Ajuga! I would love to see a rendition of what she looks like. And I adore her relationship with Szayel. I think that Stark's claim will lead him to realize that Jushiro is in trouble, thus he will be saved! I hope!
