Hi,
I am sure you have written a wonderful story but only using capital letters in text implies yelling/shouting at someone. Thus, it's considered to be very rude. It's also difficult and irritating to read something written in such a way. Even though the summary stands out, you'll have more readers with a good summary than with JUST BIG LETTERS YELLING WHATEVER YOU HAVE WRITTEN AT THE POOR READERS TRYING TO FIND A GOOD STORY. I'm partial to read stories with good summaries and bypass those that yell at my face even though I have done nothing to aggravate the writer(s).
