Spent the last couple days reading 'Reflection' and enjoyed it. Though I was a bit depressed on Ichigo's behalf in the last chapter of it, but it was all pretty much by his own doing, so...
Anyway, I was really happy to find this sequel you've started! Angsty Ichi irritates me a bit.....but I know you'll get him out of it eventually! :D
I agree with what you wrote (in prologue?), I don't think that Ichi and Rukia's relationship could have been salvaged, either. So, if Rukia and Orihime are out of the question...Tatsuki makes sense to be next choice. Though...it sure doesn't feel like anything 'romantic' could happen between them at this point. LOL The ear-twist was great because I expected a full on attack, too....and Isshin wearing the pan as armor....priceless!
Look forward to seeing where you take this story! Keep up the great work!

I didn't at all mean to slant your story, if the first part came off as that sorry. I was just curious about it and where it might have ended, and hit sucked into it. You have a real talent, keep up the good work, and even though this story was not my cup of tea, I have to read the sequel.

i didn't know you'd go ichitats. i can't read it. i tried a couple ichitats & i just couldn't stomach it. in your universe orihime is happy w/ogichi, i know. but i just can't see hime's best friend--her sister in all but blood--have a relationship w/the guy she loved & inadvertently hurt her so badly for years. i'm sure it will be a wonderful story though... good luck!
