It's good to see Byakuya's head is clear and he's aware of his feelings. He's cute when he jokes about the family not being a problem if they were all gone. I like the story but I find the chapters, at least lately, quite short; not much happening to comment on.

Chap 20: *grins gleefully* It's too cute! Ginrei and Maki. It appears that there's nothing Bya doesn't like about Inari, which may be a reflection of his feelings for her, or just that she's just too different and interesting to him.

Chap 19: Hello again. I am proud to be one of the two or three that read your story! Just kidding. Of course there are more who read it, they just don't review. But I want you to keep writing so I'm gonna make sure you know that I like what I read.
I'm glad the two of them are going to thwart the Kuchiki Clan's plans to intercede in their marriage contract. They like each other! What better way to start off a lifelong romance.

The couple seems to have taken to each other effortlessly and the verbal interactions of all the characters are witty and engaging. If only I could read for a bit longer. . Fast & good update. Thanks.

Yay! I got an update AND a mention. Thanks.
So, this chapter made me smile and giggle. I've read too many fics that portray Byakuya as being somewhat mean as well as cold. I'm glad yours shows so much more to him and it makes me genuinely like him. Thanks again for the update.

*laughs* The title so fits. And it's nice to see that Bya can unwind and have fun.

I thought I'd give this a try as I was perusing through all the Bleach stories looking for something with more than 1-3 chapters. Although, I wasn't sure whether I wanted to read it by the description, I'm willing to give anything a try a first. I had some reservations during the first couple of chapters as I tried to piece together the backstory that appears to be expected knowledge. I supposed having everything spelled out for you takes away from the challenge of self-discovery so I've moved passed that trepidation. Now, I've finished the chapters that were available and am hinged on a playful scene involving food. Hmph! I have been enjoying the story and realized that I've accepted the scenario, so I want more. Then I checked to see when it was last updated and my heart sank. If its been that long since an update, I fear that it has been shelved.
I wrote my review in hopes you would read it and get new energy to carry on. While I am not a writer, I feel that if I were to do it, I would finish my story regardless of how many wanted to read it (or review it). Its a matter of personal integrity. I am actually speaking from a position of reading 80% of fics with no foreseeable ending. I find it frustrating to get into a good read and have to wait months for the plot to move forward. I don't want to lose interest but also don't want to read right from the beginning every time just to refresh my memory. I'm not criticizing just you only, my frustration has reach this point finally after so many disappointments. So, unless I have misspoke and there are legitimate reasons for 10 months of neglect, please finish your story and update. Thank you.
