Hope I gave you enough pairing suggestions to get at least a few of them written.
By the way ... I view Hanataro as a 'late bloomer' type who is in his late teens/early twenties but who hasn't really hit his final growth spurt and started bulking out ... besides look at Rukia ... she is several hundred years old so he probably is too ... therefore it isn't shota in any way.
Was just trying to suggest a few hot guys who are usually overlooked for action ... of course you could always make strips with all the guys ... and strips with all the girls ... then pull out one of each randomly if you get stuck (just note which are 'standard' pairings and which have already been done so they don't get repeated ... for a while).

An Ikakku, Orahime, Renji sandwich.
Or (whimpers of anticipation) both (two separate chapters of course).
if it must be a one on one ... Hantaro (think that's the small shy guy from the fourth) and Unohanna.
(Of course if they managed to capture, heal, and seal the riatsu of some of the hunkier espada ... that would definitely increase the pairing potential.)

I was about to say Orihime at the beginning and then I’ve realized it must be a captain, due to the respect shown by Matsumoto respectively Yoruichi. But Unohana … never. Now that I reread it, the woman’s identity makes perfect sense, but I’m not known for my brightness either, so I have an excuse.
Why was Ururu so happy to meet Rangiku … *confused face* Guess I’ll find out later.
You are the goddess that makes crack look like cannon. And let’s be honest RetsuxZaraki is not cannon (relatively at what you said in your author note)

Would love to see poor Urahara get his share of action too ... With several 'random' drawings of his name by ... Orahime, Rukia, Nelliel, Rangeku, and Unohanna ... Love him with SoiFon and Yoroichi too but they are fairly common pairings.
(others I'd love to see whimpering and ducking for cover every time they thought they detected a female presence ... Byakuya, Yumichika, Hanataro)

Orahime, Rangeku, and/or Nel with Szayel, Byakuya, and/or Nnoitra
Another mix and match set I'd love to see is ...
SoiFon, Yuroichi, and/or Isane with Starrk, Grimmjow, and/or Ukitake
sigh ... Have to leave out standard or semi-standard pairings though ... Of course seeing Yourichi 'getting a rise' out of Byakuya and giving him a bit more than a hand in dealing with the 'hard issues that come' from the encounter could be interesting ... lol

Ok ... One more request ... Sorta tag-team on Yumichika, Urahara, and Hantaro ... have their names drawn several times back to back ... Rangeku, Youroichi, Isane, Rukia, Nelliel, Orahime, and SoiFon ... Just to see how long before they get together and start agreeing that they feel like they are just being passed around like community bedwarmers ...

I really like this! It's funny and cute, with lots of entendre. I could see it going on forever, and still enjoying each chapter. Update soon, you're doing a great job! I wonder who's next...? If it were me, I think I'd have Orihime interview Zaraki!
