I do enjoy the story, but it was considerably out of character for Toushirou to give in to both men as easily as he did. Seemingly kind or not, Gin is still a traitor, and I can't see Toushirou befriending him in any way shape or form. He also seemed to give into Aizen easily at the threat of physical harm, which, given Toushirou's very strong personality, seems more than a bit off to me. I am looking forward to the climax chapter.

Well.. Toushiro might not be happy, but I'm as happy as a kitten. I can't help but wonder if Ichimaru and Aizen are working together or not.. It would be sneaky of them to do so, kind of like a good cop/bad cop routine. But I'm optimistic right now. Looking forward to the next chapter!
