Eeee, I love this and I definitely want to see more! :) Shunsui/Juushiro is my favorite pairing at the moment... well, aside from Shunsui/Starrk or a threesome with those guys. XD So hot.

Yeah!!! I have been waiting sooooo long for this chapter. I think you did well on representing Shunsui. In such a situation anyone would feel the vast array of emotions you described. Even someone as carefree as Shunsui would become emotional. I could easily picture him, all these feelings churning within him like a violent whirlpool, a slight frown on his face, the only outward appearance of emotion. The feelings he experienced in this chapter makes him more human, it makes his character more lovable.
I pray for a speedy update, but will wait patiently none the less. :)

First impression. Gods. I love inner turmoil, misunderstandings, and the potential for growth. That's why this can't be over. You've covered the first two nicely, but all we're left with is potential. No actual growth. Oh, BTW, thanks for making Ukitake's eyes green. I'm in your camp. So, I want to know more about this stupid hollow and the drug Shunsui was on. But mostly, I want Shun to find out Ju's secret. Now, there's some turmoil. Would he think his friend is a sick puppy? (no pun intended) Or is he feeling that this was not the way he wanted to finally express his lust for his friend. Eh, eh? I know you have the answers lurking in that creative little head of yours.
