I can only imagine how Ggio would feel if he was told about Aizen visiting. The poor bastard has had so many threats to his mate and cub, how can he stand anymore. Aizen's actions this time around have struck me personally and I'm so damn ready to see that piece of shit destroyed. How dare he.

@Chapter 77: I had a feeling that the birthing process would do a number of Soifon's small body, similar to the tole on Rukia in "Crossbreeding the Future" when she gave birth to Kinome (and later Zangetsu). Though, I had bit of a cringe moment about the "taring" bit, poor thing... Still, I got a chuckle when I read "hurt like a bitch" in the narration, haven't heard that one in a while.
It's really frightening how Aizen seamlessly slips between personae, being a utter sadist one moment to being charming and personable the next. But then, that's the insidious nature of true evil. He shows up, all smiles, and casually chats with Soifon while holding her baby in his arms, except that he's all but outright threatening both a mother and her newborn child.
Great job, Ican't wait for the next chapter!

Chapter 76:
Another great chapter it was dark but that's expected it's just building up our hatred for Aizen your doing great keep up the great work!!!! Oh oh was the reason Unahauna was pulled away because of Soi Fon's baby? I know it's been hinted at that her baby is due. Or maybe I'm just hopeful because I want to know what it's going to look like and I'm impatient as I can't wait to see the new children! :) I loved it thanks for all your hard work!!!

@Chapter 76: It's not easy, delving into the darkest depths of evil and depravity. I've covered some fairly dark issues in some of my stories, but I really don't think I have the constitution that you must to be able to push myself to go deeper. Your characterization of Aizen is almost too horrifying to come to grips with. He is, beyond a doubt, the best proof that *true* evil exists. I've long since determined the essence of the creature- a monster, twisted and dark, totally without any 'human' traits.
As I was re-reading the first PoV, I came across a line... that at the time, was made by Ulquiorra in an attempt to upset Grimmjow, but that now seems horribly prophetic in retrospect. He said that Karin would through herself before Aizen to protect her family, regardless of the fact that she'd have no chance against him, in the same way that Ichigo had tried to fight the Espada... Shit, man, how things come back to haunt us.

I know you warned us last chapter that Aizen is a bastard in this chapter, but I still wasn't quite ready. Damn the man. [That's both a curse from me and a request to you.] I can't remember if this has been addressed earlier, but I was surprised when Karin didn't take the opportunity during the lunch discussion to directly ask Aizen what he hoped to gain from murdering their child and taking over the throne. I get that he wants the power. But what will he do with it? Does he just not think about that part, focusing on getting there? I understand if, at that point, Karin was too wary to ask the question, especially since phrasing it would be difficult even when she was in better circumstances. But I expected her to *think* it. Even with her having learned over the years that his actions are baffling, I think Karin would still at that point have wondered again. Anyway, small point that takes longer to write out than it's worth.
In an earlier review I asked you to make sure that Yammy suffers. I'm glad that you reaffirmed he will die; I hope he suffers immensely first, but not at the risk of him perhaps surviving -- Yammy dead is the better long-term goal than Yammy just punished and maybe able to do it again.
But I forgot to also ask you again to rain hell on his clan elders and any other clan members that treated him like crap since Yammy took over. Their actions are inexcusable, and they themselves should have to suffer every pain and indignity that Byuakuya did tenfold, with similar familial "support".
Thanks for the regular posting and ongoing updates! I can't wait for multiple-update time!

I just need to add here at AFF that waiting for the alluded to rapid fire updates...is firing up my soul. The promise of a 12 hours so eventful that it damn near requires an update a day for a whole week...now that defines intense. And twice weekly for the final battle? I'm super eager for that. I hope that time in-story is dragged out as long as possible so the suffering of the tyrants is made as gruesome as possible. I trust in you fully, Nova.

This is one of the darkest chapters I've read, simply because Karin is not used to this sort of treatment, which made everything that much worse. I can't believe that you can still make me hate Aizen more than I already hate him, but you always prove me wrong.

Will he get reiatsu poisoning? That'd be great XD
This chapter was also great, despite how disturbing it was - I think you've spoiled me for dark places actually because now I expect to see details like that in published books I read and that is NOT happening....
Finally Karin is getting a no-holds-barred glimpse of just how bad it can be UNDER Aizen, not just seeing the tail end (ahaha pun). I wonder if he cracked her tailbone or did something to her back with that treatment?
Looking forward to hearing what happened for the 4th Division, and especially what's up with Vindula's fingers! I keep picturing Spiderman-like hairs to help grip stuff.

Is there going to be an explanation for Vindula's preoccupation with her fingertips?

@Chapter 75: Another great chapter. I really loved all the insight we got by seeing how thing play out from Grimmjow's perspective. I particularly found his various inner musing on Ajuga's relationship with Diaemus interesting. I like his candidness on the matter, stating that he'll learn to live them as a couple, as well as his internal acknowledgment that Diaemus is probably the best son-in-law he could hope for, given the circumstances.
Still, it was also funny reading Ajuga's rambling stream of conscious- in which she's frantically trying to come to terms with the fact that she's bonded to Diaemus, as well as reconciling her own confused feelings for him. I loved how she's constantly dancing around the issue of how she feels about him and is tries to explain it to herself as much as to her father. At some point soon,Diaemus needs to have a man-to-man talk with Grimmjow, so he can make his intentions clear to him. As is clear with Grimm and others like, people with dominant personality types don't respect people who back down in the face of them pushing them around. Sooner or later, Diaemus needs to finally 'stand up' to Grimmjow and earn is respect- and make his feelings towards Ajuga clear, and let him know that he's committed to supporting her.
As for Ichigo... I'm amazed at some of things he says. After sixteen years, and being presented with clear proof, he still feels the need to question is Grimmjow and Szayel's concern for Karin is genuine! Though I did love their obvious contempt at the stupidity of the question. But then, Ichigo has never been the most perceptive person... These two men, in vary different ways, have had extremely intimate moments with Karin- Grimmjow as her devoted mate, and Szayel as her nearly emotionally broken patient and confidant.
As for the closing remark... I'd honestly be more surprised by an instance in which Aizen isn't a huge asshole. My fellow reviewer Kain is dead on with his assessment of the guy. He's an epic league duechbag!
