Tripple update, some moving foward in plot and lots of information laid out.... then telling what the next chapter will be: what a tease¡¡¡ no update next week after that seems almost cruel¡ (and now that i'm over being dramatical....)
I loved chap 44, 45 and 46. The interaction between Szayel and Harribel was fun and very well constructed in terms of veering for information on both parts. Harribel take on it was fun because she knew she was being played with. i had wondered how Szayel would go abouth telling Harribel if he had to know she was all for revolution. I get the feeling Toshiro also has lots of information that will be useful, once Karin hears that Harribel is in and gets around to telling Starkk and Toshiro the plan that includes them.
Question: If Tesra's cub makes Noitora a grampa, then does Toshiro's make Rangiku a grandma? she'll probably declare herself an aunt...
Toshiro knew Karin's dad, i wonder if he has any information usefull as royal stuff goes. Will Soifon still give up her baby. being in a safe place? I can imagine Tia's fracction not willing to give up the baby to Noitora if they see Soifon as part of the pack.
What'll be Karin reaction to all the pregnacies, will it affect her plans? How will the escapees react to the pregnacies?

Chapter 44:
Before I begin.
“I’ve turned off the recording equipment and the cameras, and no one will bother us while I prove to you that we who were once Vasto Lordes might have made a bad bargain in our choice of leaders… not that Aizen truly gave us many alternatives when he recruited us.”
I though the top 4 Espada were the only confirmed Vasto Lordes and considering Grimmjow was an Adjuchas prior to becoming an Arrancar it would be odd that he is higher ranked than Szayel if that were the case.
True review-
Well, looks like another has saddled up with the rebelion but it amuses me to no end that the Arrancar are constantly surprised by the levels of Aizen's depravity. I mean, here are beings who are as far from saints as you can get and yet it boggles them that he can be that evil? This is a man who already showed how little loyalty he has when he betrayed his OWN people, murdered those who adored and respected him, wiped out an entire city of millions(which they helped him do, ahem) and sold the SS to the hollows. At least when he was still a captain he maintained the illusion of a benevolent and loved by all man.........the Arrancar saw his real persona from the get go. And yet they are constantly floored when he pulls shit like he has been lol. Some of them have obviously been around him for about a century and yet NOW they start to see the cracks?
Sweet Jesus, when members of a race that enforces survival of the fittest and dabbles in rape and pillaging and devours human souls thinks you're too evil.........you are REALLY fucking evil. Glad at least that Harribel pointed out that even if they all rushed him, he could wipe the floor with them. I have said it before, but hate and fear him all you like.......the man was a walking cheat code even before his ascension. The Espada killing off the other captains sure as shit didn't give them any favors and now comes to bite them in the ass since that is less manpower.
Impressed to see Szayel still has the stones to put that kind of base in his voice when talking to someone far more powerful than him.

Chapter 45-
Harribel steadily continues to rise in the list of likable characters for me. Happy too see that she addressed the Elephant in the room of the fact that even if they succeed in putting down Aizen, they will have A LOT of bitter and vengeful shinigami to deal with. And now matter how much she may refer to him as a mere 'pet', she obviously loves Toshiro and his reaction was understandable but it was a breath of fresh air to see them have a fight. Now Toshiro knows he is going to be a daddy and I could imagine that is a lot to take in and given how taxed he is due to his workload, his patience would obviously be very thin.
At first I was confused at the start of the chapter when Harribel mentioned Nel since i could have sworn she wasn't told that yet and then I got down to the passage with the flashback and it all became clear. It might be best if she does stay out of the fight since Hiyori would probably have her sights on her given that unless you changed the fight lineup, that Harribel killed Lisa in their fight and the two were close. Hopefully Yuroichi and Hachi can curb the worst of Hiyori's hate(although I will admit that she is my spirit animal in this fic lol) towards their potential Espada allies. Glad to see she has already decided that no matter what happens, that the old fuck Barragan needs to die.

Don't you go poking holes in my hatedom of a certain literally 'bone headed' race lol. For shame....I survive off of my hate while other mortal beings need things like "Groceries" or whatever the fools call it nowadays. I have been committed since Part 1 of this epic story to despising the majority of the Arrancar. There are like a total of 4 or 5 that I hope survive and it only got to that number after a certain level of genuine repentance and character development was met. If you chip away at my hate......then what am I damn it!!!??!?

Now don't get me wrong......I love that you have started to show even in small cameos, these lesser characters relationships and I LOVE that some of the claimed have found happiness and to the woman who is apparently stoked about her pregnancy, all the kudos to her, I just don't like it when it is happiness brought out of simply giving in and surrendering your pride to avoid pain. Absence of choice is a big pet peeve of mine and those that are claimed don't really have the luxury of doing what they want since the claim would take the option out of their hands so they have no other choice but to submit.
Although I take it this means that not all of the claimed relationships started out as rape? I mean there has to be more Arrancar like Harribel and her girls even amongst the more violent males of their species. Take Grimmjow for example, in the beginning of this story he was still his old instinct driven savage self, but probably had the best characteristics of an alpha in that he looked after what he saw as "his" and looked down heavily on rape and never resorted to it. Hell his relationship with Karin is one of my favorites in this story mostly because it does not have the stigma of rape attached to it unlike quite of few of the others.
I like this more emotional side of Harribel you have shown and i laughed at her fraccion aiming to get dibs on Renji only to get shot down. Nel wouldn't take to kindly to someone trying to claim her man.
Now on to the next one!
chapter 46-Note that I read each chapter then post a review before continuing and it scares me that what I seemingly post in a review gets answered or at least addressed in the next chapter lol. such as the subject of the mystery woman and the arrancar.
Favorite passage in the chapter:
“You’re used to being the one in charge. I understand that. You want to protect your pack. I get that as well. However, this is our cub we’re talking about here! You told me you wanted a strong mate, Tia, strong enough to protect you if it came down to it. Well, here I am, oh Third Espada!” He emphasized her title a little more caustically than he meant to sound, but it was hard not to be furious. “I will personally tear apart anyone who decides to hurt either you or our child, or Hana or even those three immature, ill-mannered geese you’ve taken under your wing and that’s the end of it!”
Damn, I am a guy with no inclination to the male form and that got MY heart pupping, hot damn Toshiro has become one hell of a man........and I loved how tia's response totally went over it lol. Nice to see Toshiro so gung ho about saving a fellow 'former' captain. Although now that she no longer is under barragan, after she gives birth he could very well get back into having an actual position, perhaps even regaining her captain title and bringing back the stealth force.
“If I were a Shinigami, would you have involved yourself with me, Hitsugaya Toshiro?”
“If I were an Arrancar or a Vasto Lorde as you were, would you have involved yourself with me?”
“You would not be ‘you’ if you were one of ‘us’, as you put it.
“Why is the word ‘mates’ so damned hard for you to say?”
“Because you can’t be one. You can’t cast a Claim around me as I can around you.”
“I’m calling bullshit on that. There’s a sizeable piece of my reiryoku and a cub in your belly that says otherwise.”
.....These fuckers are adorable. In one freaking chapter you made me adore this pairing god damn it. There i so much insecurity and pussyfooting around the subjects and neither one of them is typically the emotionally expressive type especially in a relationship. The interactions between them carry both deep affection and sadness at times and while Grimm/karin iss my OTP for this story, the Harribel/Toshiro pairing just feels the most...I don't know, 'natural' so too speak. That and the sex scene between them with Toshiro going a little alpha there for a bit was scorchingly hot.
“That I do not want to lose this. I do not want to lose what we have between us and I’m not just talking about the baby. I do not want to lose you, Tia Harribel.”

Can't a normal female friend be in the fic who isn't riding or being ridden by one or more other characters in the fic?

Poor Gin, Poor Unohana and Poor women who were horrified by their news and poor serving staff that are subjected to Aizen. They should rename the Soul society into "the World of the Woobies" Sooooooo many people need hugs and I am once again surprised that their haven't already been mass suicides. At least the person would just reincarnate with no memory of the past 15 years and hopefully when they pass on again, things would be different. At least Aizen is allowing the termination of one of the unwanted pregnancy's although the women in question is still under an abusive prick.
Gin was already a favorite of mine in this fic but this line"

Put him to the top of my favorite list. You harm a hair on Rangiku's head(which Nnoitora HAS done, development be damned), Then Gin will find a way to hurt you or end you.......he is very patient. Nice to see he still has some iron in his blood and even in his weakened state, he could probably very well still kill Nnoitora if it came down to a fight. He cares for her so much it hurts to read his thoughts whenever they turn to her. EVERYTHING he did was for her.
