I almost had a heart attack when Karin screamed to Aizen! I hate the bastard! :/ What did he want with little Abisara anyway? You still have me wondering

You should know I actually created this account just to read your stories! I love them! You had me suffering for a while for Renji! Poor guy! He's my favorite character, you know? I have kinda a crush on him so I'm pretty jealous of Nel right now, though they do make a cute couple, I never thought of them as one before. And the mental image of him babysitting two kids had me drooling, I must confess. Aizen is one sick bastard, every time I believe there's no way I can hate him more, you prove me wrong and I'm eagerly waiting for Yammy to die. Please don't let Aizen harm Abisara or Renji, it'd kill me a little inside! I'm starting to believe you have something against Szayel, in both your stories he ends up having a bad time. Though in The Real King it is somewhat his fault, not that he deserves such a treatment anyway. Ajuga's stubbornness has me nearly banging my head against a wall in frustration. I mean, I understand where she is coming from, but if I were her mother, I'd had her looked in a room to make sure those bugs can't get anywhere near her after kicking her dad's ass. He needs to stand up and support Karin with this, he surely knows how dangerous things can get if they find out or worse, if Aizen finds out. Ajuga is tempting faith a bit too much for it to end well and I'm blaming Grimmjow a bit for it.

To answer your question, here it's all sunny in the morning and then real freezing the rest of the day, it rains all night, but it gets the landscape all green and wonderful so we have a great view in the morning.

Chap 11: Whenever you let us crawl inside of Aizen's head, we never get to see any redeeming qualities. He's just as arrogant and condescending as he appears outwardly. If he deigns to forgive or overlook some slight deviation of his orders, it's usually part of his benevolence act, meant to instill some hope in his victim, only to tear it away later. That's his ultimate cruelty. He fosters paralyzing fear that no matter how hard you try to comply and please, you'll end up in pain again, for the slightest unknown transgression. Gods, I hope you never had to experience that and your understanding of this sadism is intellectual, only.

The way Aizen sees Yammy, it's like a pit-bull he trained to attack but has a tendency toward frenzied behaviour when riled. Of course torture wouldn't change the beast's reaction the next time he was enraged, and Aizen knows it but that doesn't stop him from choosing to perform it. In RL, that's why the dog goes berserk in the first place, having been trained under the torture method. It's all about Aizen getting his rocks off. He has no desire to teach or guide behaviour in any of his victims. As he says, they are playthings.

In Yammy's case, the appropriate thing to do is put him down since there is no hope of rehabilitation. I honestly couldn't care less if Yammy gets his just desserts. I prefer a resolution to the problem and he needs to be removed permanently, preferably at Byakuya's hand. I think it would provide closure for Bya, if not any real long term healing.

And the other plaything, Szayel, is the epitome of 'punishment having no effect.' He can't get anymore afraid of Aizen for his own sake, and only has his children now, to intensify his fear. The odd thing is that regardless of how much pain and humiliation Aizen inflicts on him, it will never be as mind-breaking as the first time. There is a certain acceptance to the torture-recovery cycle once your mind has gotten over the shock. Just look at Byakuya and Gin. As much as I hate the torture of any of these three, at least Szayel has many people who will care for him after. Not just physically, but emotionally. Nemu and his children are the obvious support, but Karin, Ajuga, and even Renji are there for him. That is why I can see his recovery as much more complete than Gin or Byakuya's. Gin has Retsu somewhat, but Bya has only his servants and family who never gave him the support he needed. He doesn't have access to the deep caring that could carry him between attacks. The frequency of his and Gin's torture is also a major factor why I can't see them recovering properly.

It's satisfying to see Renji's perception open fully now to what everyone had to endure while he was 'asleep'. I hope he can find some way to protect the children.

My lust for Yammy's blood has not been satisfied, but it has been sated. For now. On the other end of the spectrum, my lust for Aizen's blood has quadrupled. He'd better not touch Szayel anymore. Or Abisara. Or Gin. In fact, he should just die. Sick twisted pedophilic sadistic bastard freak...

On a completely different subject, the weather has been very nice here. Sunny and warm.

It's raining up here as of right now.
If I were Renji, I would have fled the scene as soon as the doors were opened. OR maybe I would have just yelled. Who knows.
Poor Szayel. Yammay deserved his punishment but Szayel had nothing to do with it. Hopefully, Aizen and those who follow him that are terrible people will get theirs soon. Poor Szayel

I love Ajuga! She's always interesting and I like this mature side of her, especially towards Gin. Oh, and your Gin with his dried fruit bit was so sweet. Then again I've always been a Gin fan so that part got me good.

About your question, which one? I'd say Szayel's, because it looks cool, is very creepy and damn hard to kill (with anything but poison). Plus, his more than anyone's really seemed to fit his personality so that gets extra kudos points in my book. So yeah, his for sure.

'Next week Yammy gets a bit of punishment'

'Yammy gets a bit of punishment'

'PUNISHMENT'

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Never thought I'd actually be grateful to Aizen, but I hope whatever punishment he comes up with is horrendous. Like having Barragan rot Yammy's penis off.

Awwww, Ajuga-chaaaan~ She's so sweet. I had no idea she remembered the garden though :(

As for what Resurreccion I'd have, I'm going to go with Ulquiorra's, just because flying seems like a super-cool thing to have. Or maybe Nel's, since her centaur form is both kickass and pretty.

Yammy gets a bit of punishment! A bit? It better be the best bit o' bashin' befitting the behemoth. (The alliteration started accidentally and I couldn't help but take full advantage of it.) Well, you may not get as many reviews on the dark chapters, but I haven't reviewed for a while and that last chapter prompted a response I couldn't hold back. I feel like "it depends". Most dark chapters leave me feeling somewhat down and silent, so yeah, no review forthcoming. But that one pushed me over the edge to indignation, so I let myself react before thinking. You still get more reviews than the average bear-type-bear. As for the resurrecion I would like, none of them appeal but I get why Starrk's is sexy and romantic, too. Much as I hate Baraggan, in your story and in general, I love his ability. Just for the sake of cruelty, making someone age to the point of losing all their vitality, strength, beauty, and health but to leave them on the brink of death until they die on their own ... very horrible way to die. (working in a hospital tends to bias my outlook of old age) But add to that, missing out on most of your life, but are forced to be an invalid for an unknown remaining time, what regret and humiliation.

I like seeing the recovery after the storm. It brings back hope and it's good to know Ajuga is keeping tabs on everyone. I still need to know the psychological ramifications of Bya's torture. I'm very skeptical that he could recover spiritually. He is strong, for sure, having endured for so long when others would have perished years ago. But he's forever changed and I want to know if anything, just one thing, could be a positive outcome from his experience. Something that would have made his original personality better for himself and could never have been possible without this terribly long ordeal.
