Hide and Seek

When Ichigo arrived at the soul society he was surprised to see nothing out of order. What had happen and where was the to Arrancarr? He had lots of questions but surprisingly none of them were to be answered so easily. Ukitake greeted him and then finally let Ichigo speak.



"Can I talk to you and Shunsuii?" He asked in a agitated voice.



Ukitake looked at him curiously and nodded.When the two were gathered together,Shunsuii asked " Would you like some tea?"



"Nah thanks though.So I have a question and I hope you answer honestly." He closed his eyes.



Shunsuii lowered his hat and already had a feeling this conversation was going to be a serious one. " I am listening."



"So...when Toshiro came back to the human world because of his and Matsumoto's sentence he seemed very upset naturally. But the thing that confuses me, is why didn't they listen to him at all?"



Shunsuii looked to Ukitake and nodded " The central 46 are a very old and secret law makers in the center of soul society. Not much is known of them but I can say that this isn't the first time that they have acted in a suspicious manner.Ichigo why are you asking this?"



"Grimmjow and Ulquiorra came here to bring back Toshiro.It doesn't look like they have even arrived." Ichigo said confused.



"No one has been here today?"



Nanao came into the room in a hurry, she was holding a book in her hand and flopped it down in front of the men. " Look!" She shouted confused.



There was a picture under the title Winter War Prisoners : Grimmjow jagerjaques, Ulquiorra Cifer. There was descriptions under the names and photos of the two in a mess of words. Ichigo was confused, this was not right.



" You guys don't you remember them helping us?!" Ichigo asked confused.



"We remember."



"Look also it says Toshiro was already executed...how could that be?We would all notice that...so how and why..." Nanao spoke confused.



They all looked at one another in shock, this was when they knew something was going on. Ukitake decided Ichigo should go back to the human world so they could all figure out what is going on. " Ichigo I will take you back now."



Ichigo looked up in surprise.



"We need to figure out what we are going to do, but as soon as we figure this out I will send someone to you as soon as I can." Ichigo nodded at Ukitake and the two started off for the portal.



Nanao began to gather her book when she felt his hands on her own. " My Nanao listen to me carefully." He started. Nanao's cheeks flushed and she looked up to her captain in surprise. He brought his hand to his lips " Do not talk to anyone about your findings, promise me this." He said in a very worried tone.



"S-sure." She said confused.



"Promise me." He tugged her in a firm manner getting her to fall into his lap. To fast for her own eyes to gather he whirled her into his arms and he whispered " Promise me this, Nanao. I cannot have anything happen to you." He leaned into her lips speaking warmly.



"I promise...captain." She closed her eyes feeling his hands unravel her hair from its neat tie.



"Nanao I don't think you understand how dangerous it could get." He spoke in a cracked voice.



Nanao knew why he was so serious and upset about this, his last lieutenant was in the Aizen scheme. She was turned into a hollow and he had found out she was alive but this wasn't until recently. The thoughts and emotions of her being dead were still very fresh and it was hard for him to still grasp the truth. So naturally he worries for her well being...but he also had grown very close to her. She tried not to let her feelings show for her captain ,but they always came out when he was alone with her. He made her feel so good. It wasn't until recently that he actually spoke the words Love to her, and this made her heart jump at the very thought.



Nanao for the first time brought her hand up and laced it through his hair. He was leaning over face,hair draped under his hat. The hat was like a shield of privacy for the two's intamacy. She pulled him gently closer to her lips " Captain, I promise I won't say anything." She whispered initiating the kiss. The two were a strange duo but when it came down to it...they both had strong feelings for one another.



Shunsuii fell into the kiss and made it deeper, stirring the lieutenant beneath him. She moaned lightly and wove her fingers in his hair farther, getting a better grasp of him, making sure not let him go. Even though Shunsuii was upset because of the situation reminding him of his older lieutenant whom he loved, Nanao didn't care. For once, she was being reckless and Shunsuii was thankful for it.

As Toshiro walked through the gates from the prison, he heard an eerie silence, it wasn't until he recognized the sensation that he was flooded with the spiritual pressure of another strong being. He turned to see Aizen entering a portal, he looked over to the left to see Grimmjow and Ulquiorra on the ground. His eyes widened and he was about to question what had happen when Gin spoke " Come now~" He smiled. Toshiro closed his eyes and followed after the ex captains into a world that he had no control over anything.



'Rangiku,I am saying my final goodbye to you. I am going to change myself for the both of us, for when I return...I will be a changed man. I will be stronger and I will be able to protect us from anything that comes our way.I know this might not make sense...but I have to. I have to for the both of us.Do not let your love waiver while I am away. I will return to you someday.'He thought leaving through the portal to Heuco Mundo.
