“Okay fine,” you tell your roommate, pretending to be annoyed, “I’ll go, BUT! You need to help me find a costume. If I’m going to be out and about for Halloween I am doing things right.”
Letting out a squeal of excitement your roomie bounces out of the room, returning a few seconds later with two costumes thrown over her arm. “Ta-DAH!” she shouts, obviously proud of herself. “I held on to these for you. I have a timeless black cat OR that princess costume you made for Renfest. Which one do you want?”
