Will this one stay?

Chapter 1 - \"will you let me stay?\"


\"will you let me stay with you?\" He asks, his voice rings through the darkness.
\"will you ever?\"

\"dont ask such a question!! Of course I wont!\" The other laughs at him.

It was raining, on that night I remember, why didnt he let me stay? That is a question that stains my brain.

My dark crimson back spikes and light red bangs get plastered to my face as I stand in the rain, looking over his dead body.

\"Why?\" I say, then drop to my knees, wanting to cry, but they wont.

The silver in my eyes dulling, as the red shows more. Ive grown, it\'s been 3 years since that day...but I still remember.

I dont want to remember, it hurts to much.

When I get up, my hair is still plastered, so I go away, my flames flickering on my stumach.

\"there\'s no one else...that I can turn to..\" The sadness in my voice consuming me, and I soon fall over.

He wakes up the next morning, still in the same spot, wondering, if he should live on.

He sees someone moving in the distance, who was it?

I couldnt think, I couldnt move, my flames would not let me.

\"Your hurt...\" A voice says. Must be that person.

I nod the best I can, then feel strong arms lift me up.

\"Ill take you back to my house.\" The gentle voice said once more.
Who was this person? Why should this person care? Does he/she? Why would this person, just carry me, to thier home...?

\"Who...are...you?\" I ask, looking up at the person.

\"Hisagi Shuuhei\" They say, and I finally realize it\'s a guy.

I told myself, Id never love another, never. Will I break that promise to this one.

\"Tsutski Rei...\" I say softly, then shift in his arms.
This person...he\'s nice, and smells human.

\"we are here\" He says, then opens the door with his foot. It was a sliding door, so it was fairly easy.

Hisagi walked over to the couch and set Tsu down, on a blanket.

\"Im sorry if it\'s dank...it\'s all I can afford\" Hisagi smiled lightly, \"Ill go get you some bandages\"

All I can do is nod. When he leaves the room, my flames heat up, and start to heal my wounds.

It always starts out like this. Leaning up, I slip out of the long black trench coat that adorned my shoulders, and the black tank top that was now soaked with blood and rain.
I set them on the floor, so the couch wouldnt ruin. The floor was lanolium, so it would just drip everywhere.

When my kind host returned, I saw a blush on his face, but he soon disposed of it.

\"Soprry, they were soaked..\" I said softly.

Hisagi smiled then sat down by me, his hands were cold on my back, but I didnt mind.
I turned around so he could wrap the wounds that hid there. There were many wounds and scars that ravished my back. There was also tattoos, not as many as the scars though.

\"Your back, does it hurt?\" Hisagi asked.

I turned my head back, \"no it doesnt anymore, your touch is warming it.\" I smiled.

He was telling the truth, Hisagi\'s touch was very warm on his back, after a short while.
Tsu was enjoying this, the touch was intoxicating, so very.

Hisagi smiled then saw his moment, he leaned and kissed the back of Tsu\'s neck which made him tense slightly.

\"What are you doing?\" Tsu asked calmly.

\"Im sorry...\" Hisagi recoiled back.

\"No...it\'s alright, it\'s just...been a bad day\" Tsu looks back at Hisagi. \"Your not scared of me?\"

\"Why would I? Your one of the most beautiful people Ive seen, if you dont mind my saying...\" Hisagi looked down at his hands.

Tsu looked at Hisagi a little longer. A smile appeared on his face, it was a nice comment, but can he...will he break that promise. Tonight we\'ll know.

\"Hisagi, Im sorry...it\'s my fault, I egged you on...I may want this, but I made a promise..\" He said softly.

\"Dont be..I kissed you, you did nothing\" Hisagi said, silencing Tsu.

Tsu nodded then leaned his head on Hisagi\'s shoulder.
\"I want to have someone close again, but I dont want them to hate me...they always hate me, after a while...\" I say, \"always...\"

Hisagi was stuned by the gesture then moved a hand to the top of Tsu\'s head, moving his fingers through his hair.
\"It\'s alright, I wont be frightened of you, your demon and vampire sides arent scary.\" He cooed.

\"what? I never told you anything, how do you know?\" Tsu asked, not moving because he was comfortable.

\"I can tell...\" Hisagi said again.

\"Oh so your like that then?\" Tsu asks again.

\"Yes\" Hisagi replies then leans his head on Tsu\'s shoulder, \"Im not afraid...\"

\"Im glad...\" Tsu smiles into Hisagi\'s shoulder.
After a few minutes they let go, so Hisagi could finish wrapping Tsu\'s wounds.

\"Arigato\" Tsu smiles softly then lays back on the couch.

\"Your welcome\" Hisagi smiles back, then get\'s up. He moves back then looks up, \"if you want to stay, you can, I dont mind, but Ill be in my room\" He says, then heads towards his room.

\"Okay\" Tsu says, then closes his eyes.

\"Night\" Hisagi whispers.

\"Night\" Tsu mumbles.

A few hours later, Tsu woke up in a panic.
\"Where...\" He flipped then rolled off of the couch.

He looked around seeing no one then headed to Hisagi\'s room, \"Hisagi\" he said quietly.

Hisagi was sound asleep with just pants on, and the covers over his bottom half.
Tsu blushed a little then closed the door behind him, walking over to the sleeping Hisagi.

Dull silverish red eyes stared at the figure, he thought it was cute. Tsu edged closer then climbed on the bed, and curled up to him.
Hisagi moved a little, opening his eyes to the demon. He flinched slightly then put an arm around the intruder.

\"Couldnt sleep?\" He asked, seeing the demon nod.

\"It\'s cold\" Tsu murmered.
Hisagi nodded then pulled the cover over Tsu.
\"Thought you wouldnt fall for anyone again?\" He stated.

\"Small prices will be broken\" Tsu smiled into Hisagi\'s side, making him shudder with happiness.

\"So you say.\" Hisagi smiled then kissed Tsu\'s forehead.
\"Go back to sleep now, the monsters are gone.\" He whispered.

Tsu looked up at him, \"will you let me stay?\" he asked the same question he asked his previous love before he got killed.

\"Yes I will, I wont abandon you\" Hisagi\'s face show a smile, his voice with all the gentleness and kindness in the world.
\"Now go to sleep\"

\"K, night mon amour\" Tsu smiles then closes his eyes once more, to go back to sleep.

\"Night, Je t\'aime.\" Hisagi says before he himself fell asleep as well.
