She had just heard the news about sado-kun and realized her friends are all going to die in the process of saving her. Her she thought “What use am I, all I do is get my friends hurt” The arrancar were too powerful she knew it, but she had still held hope that Ichigo would save her like a knight saving the damsel in distress “Ichigo why?” she asked herself thinking back on HIM. “I love you, why would you risk it all to save me of all people, why couldn’t you of been just happy with Rukia and leave me alone. I did it to protect you, all of you.” She felt a tear trickle down her face “all I ever do is just get all my friends hurt.” Her mind drifted back to Tatsuki, Rukia, Sado, Ishida, and Ichigo again “They’re all going to die for me” she broke down. Else where Aizen laughed “Do it” he said to Ulquiorra. “Inoue, I’m going to save you” Ichigo said to himself as he ran down the dark hallway another step closer to saving Orihime
“INOUE!” he shouted at the top of his lungs, causing her to stop crying and look at the door that held her captive in her room “Kurosaki-kun!” she shouted hoping she would hear him. “I’m here Kurosaki-kun!” she shouted as her face soon turned into a smile at the thought of her knight coming to save her. The door soon opened and there he stood looking at her, while she looked like a complete mess; her hair all tangled up, her face stained from all her crying and her on the bed looking at him with love in her eyes. “Orihime” he said panting with sweat dripping down his face “Your safe now” she soon rushed at him into his embrace “Ichigo, I love you” she said as she wept into his bankai uniform “Aizen…the arrancar” she said “shh” he whispered to her “it’s okay they’re all gone I destroyed them all. Your safe now with me” Orihime looked up at him and smiled “thank you for saving me” Ichigo smiled back and felt his heart speed up “What am I feeling for her?” he said to himself as he soon leaned in closer to kiss her, “Kurosaki-kun?” she whispered as she closed her eyes and met his lips with hers “I love you” he whispered to her making her heart jump, she had always pictured it like this; the moment where she and Ichigo would confess their love for one another and share her first kiss. Well not exactly like that where he’d have to save her from being killed with social society, the material world and the hollow world all in the balance depending on her choice, but heh better then nothing she thought.
“Sado-kun?” she asked hoping Ichigo would know the answer “they’re all okay; Rukia, Renji, Chad, Ishida” she smiled at that thought “I’m safe and everyone is okay, and Ichigo loves me. Nothing can ruin this” she thought happily. “Inoue” he said softly into her neck as he held her “I love you so much” he said as he began moving his hands down her back and turn her head to kiss him again.
