It wasn't that Zangetsu minded the rain itself, it was the way it made him feel, cutting right through him to seep into his very bones leaving him cold and tired. Depression always followed close behind dragging him down until he felt like screaming. Even when the rain let up or stopped altogether it was never long enough for him to fully dry out. That is until now. Now the rain felt like spring, warm and inviting only drizzling for short periods of time with the sun coming out straight after bringing a fresh breeze along with it. The source of the change had surprised him at first but he supposed it made perfect sense. The man had been helping Ichigo from the beginning. Always around to teach and tease the youth, lending support with hardly a question. He was here now grinning that mischievous perverted smile at Ichigo as he showed him the "proper" way to execute a move. His clever hands touching more than was strictly necessary as the shopkeeper leaned forward to whisper truely naughty things into the blushing boy's ear. As Ichigo turned to kiss the man fiercely, Zangetsu decided he really should find a way to thank the man. While he doubted the rain would ever fully cease to exist at least now he wasn't cold.
