Candy Mountain
This, I'm afraid to say, is 100% absolute crack on a sugar high. I was sick when I wrote this, high fever and everything, so that's my excuse.
A response to Brazilia H's challenge:
The challenge is to make a Crossover fic that brings together Yachiru, Honey-sempai and lots and lots of chocolate, cake and sweets.
They can be in soul society or somewhere in the real world it doesnt matter. And there must be a fight scene because they are too cute and to powerful for there not to be.
o_O;;
I've never done a challenge before, and I guess now I see why...

"Waii!!" Mitsukuni Haninozuka declared before devouring a mountain of multi-coloured foil wrapped sweets, shovelling them into his mouth shamelessly. Kusajishi Yachiru was not far behind, having already drank half of the melted chololate milkshakes that had appeared before them the moment they had stepped inside the vast abyss of sugary treats.
"CANDY MOUNTAIN!!" Yachiru cried, diving into the sea of cake, biting her way through the spongey waves and little sugar-shelled fish.
"I see you're having fun there!" a voice boomed from above, making both pairs of large rown eyes glance up, Usa-chan safely tucked underneath Hani's arm and looking disgraced with chocolate smeared all over his new bow tie.
"Who are you?!" they yelled in unison, both voices slightly muffled by the amount of candy in each of their mouths.
"I am the King of Candy Mountain! And you two are trespassing! You've eaten my children!" the voice wailed. They blinked.
"The candies are your children?!" they asked.
"Yes," the voice wept, "I gave them names and everything...AND YOU'RE STILL EATING THEM!!"
"But...they taste good!" Yachiru protested before a jelly whip cracked against her hand, effectivly dislodging the slice of cake from it. She glared at the offending sweet and promptly bit into it as hard as possible, chewing with all her might.
"GAHH!!! My arm!!" the voice screamed. Hani had had enough, and launched himself upwards to the source. Eventually seeing two glowing bon-bons hovering in the darkness, he flew straight at them, kicking with Haninozuka strength and aking it pop out onto the floor. "My eye! MY EYE!!"
"Candy is meant to be EATEN!" Yachiru yelled, launching chocolate bars and marzipan flowers like grenades, occasionally taking a bite.
Hani moved to the toffee apples, throwing them to Yachiru who batted them with a giant candy cane, right towards the monsters hidden face.
"Candy is for fun, NOT FOR MOTHERING!!" Hani screamed, both he and Yachiru flying straight towards the Candy King, smashing their chocolate covered fists into his face.
It seemed to take an eternity for him to fall, and when he did there was an avalanche of sweets and sugar, poured on top of them with syrup and strawberry sauce.
"I'm glad we got rid of him!" Yachiru exclaimed happily, munching on three jelly snakes at once. Hani nodded, mouth too stuffed full of cake to even think.
"My saviours!" came a meek squeal, and suddenly there was a pale, dark haired boy kneeling before them. "My name is L, and I got trapped here one day six years ago! I've eaten nothing but candy ever since!" he claimed, exasperated, yet surprisingly skinny.
They blinked.
"But eating candy everyday is good!" Yachiru told him.
"It makes you happy inside!" Hani agreed. L looked up, smiling softly.
"I didn't say it wasn't good," he replied.
And so they stayed for as long as they wished, dancing, singing, and napping when the sugar-high come-downs were just too much...

I don't think the phrase 'wtf' ever had so much meaning.
I know L wasn't mentioned in the challenge list, but come on! He just belongs!
