Pairing: Aizen x Shinji
---------------------------------------------------------------------
"I love you, Captain Hirako."
Captain Hirako Shinji of squad five had been drinking that night. The words that he thought he had heard fall from his brunette lieutenant's lips must have been a result of the sake he had ingested. He rubbed his eyes furiously, trying to make the image of his lieutenant go away, but no matter how much he rubbed the younger man wouldn't go away. He swallowed hard.
"Wanna run that by me again?" He glared at his lieutenant that was sitting across from him.
"I love you, Captain."
Shinji tilted his head and attempted to remove whatever had lodged itself in his ear canal that was making him hear such odd things...nothing came out. He stared, slack jawed, at the man in front of him. This wasn't happening. His lieutenant---who never let anyone in---was sitting in front of him confessing his love for him. His hand immediately shot out and landed, rather hardly, on Aizen's forehead. Sosuke hadn't been there to drink with him so this couldn't be chalked up to drunken babble nor did the young man have a fever of any kind.
This really was happening and for once Hirako Shinji was put in a situation where he didn't know what to do or say. He laughed, loudly and nervously.
"What's this? I think you're sleep deprived! Go get some sleep."
The blond captain pushed himself to his feet and swayed drunkenly. All he knew was that he needed to get to his room and away from Aizen Sosuke and get away from him fast. It was a weird feeling, but Shinji had never trusted his lieutenant, actually that was the entire reason why he had made Aizen lieutenant of squad five. There was never anything that Aizen had done in particular to make him seem distrustful, but it was just an overall uneasy feeling he got whenever they were together.
As he slowly gained some balance he started to feel confident in his walking abilities. One foot in front of the other and---his confidence wasn't backed up because he fell straight into the lap of his lieutenant. He raised his head and was met with Aizen's deep brown eyes.
"Let me take you to your room, Captain, then I'll go get some sleep."
"I ain't letting you anywhere near my room."
Shinji tried to stand up again, only to stumble back into his lieutenants arms. The blond haired captain attempted to push the younger man away so that he could stand on his own, but his feeble attempts were simply brushed to the side as Aizen wrapped his arm around his waist. Shinji muttered something under his breath about Aizen being a "snot nosed brat", but he didn't do anything further to get away from him. It was a strange feeling, but Shinji felt somewhat comfortable being held so firmly by his lieutenant. He shut his eyes and let Aizen guide him to his sleeping quarters.
All the hallways looked the same to him; they were all just a big blur. He didn't remember walking through all the long corridors and he didn't remember opening the door to his room either, but somehow he had gotten to his room and he was laying in the middle of his bed. He sat up, a little too quickly, and the room was in motion. Every time he moved his head the room seemed to spin a million miles per hour, but he could make out a silhouette in the doorway.
It took him a couple seconds to process that his lieutenant was still there, but it took Aizen much less than that to close the distance between them. Even in his drunken stupor, Shinji could see the slight hint of malice smiling in Aizen's dark eyes and it made a visible shudder run up his spine. For a minute, he couldn't believe that this was happening, why would Aizen be doing something like this? It made no sense to him. Suddenly, all air was pushed out of his lungs and it felt like Aizen's spiritual pressure was crushing him.
What happened next was something that he wouldn't normally do, he lost all composure and began to frantically push away his lieutenant. It was a futile attempt, the other's spiritual pressure was just too much for him at the moment. His arms felt like lead, his body felt like it was being crushed, and his mind was spinning.
"Why are you doing this, Aizen?"
"I told you, I love you, Captain Hirako," he paused as a smirk spread across his face, "And you need to submit to me."
Fear took over his entire being and Aizen's smirk grew even wider. Of all the nights that he had to be drunk, this was the night. If he was sober he wouldn't have been so easily overpowered by the younger soul reaper. His eyes darted back and forth, desperately seeking a way to get out of the situation he had been thrown into. Aizen must have sensed his captain's desperation because he let out a low chuckle.
"You will never escape me."
