Rukia looked around to see if Renji or Ichigo was about. She sighed as she fell to the ground in fear. Her heart raced as she was being followed by four Hollows. Her body trembled from running. She had managed to attack at least two, but four was a work out and dangerous.
“Ichigo you fool, hurry.”
She heard the monstrous sounds and cries of the Hollows come forth. She picked up and ran. She ran faster as they ran right after her.
One of the hollows smirked as his tongue lashed out at her. It wrapped around her arms pulling her waist along with her arms.
“RENJI!”
She screamed as she seen him running to her. Ichigo tagging along.
“Rukia!”
Renji jumped and cut the tongue of the one that was already wounded from Rukia’s blade,Shirayuki. Rukia heard the cries loudly from her blade. She looked at him Ichigo and nodded. She was weak enough from running and bleeding from her torn open shoulder. She held her arm and limped around a nearby corner.
“Ichigo you get the one wounded and one that’s not. I’ll get the other two!”
Renji’s eyes shined with hate, and yet pleasure from killing the Hollows. The four Hollows were quickly killed. Renji picked up Rukia and looked at Ichigo.
“Go back home to Orihime. She’s worried about you.”
He nodded to let him go and he quickly vanished into the night. Renji began to jumped from building to building until he got to the roofs. He held onto her like the day he was helping in rescuing.

She covered herself and made sure nothing was seen. She looked down and winced in pain as he rubbed the ointment into the deep gash in her shoulder.
“Thank you, Renji...”
She let her sentence trail off as she felt a hand slip under her arms. Little did she know he was done with the ointment and bandage. She was in her own world, until his hand cupped her small mounds.
